Get updates on contactlist?

Hi,
I want to get updates on a contact list but I couldn't find a way.
What I want is to be able to subscribe to a topic that will send me updates like:

  1. Lead X was deleted
  2. Lead Y was added - with all the details about this lead
  3. Lead Z was updated - with all the details about the update

Is there a way to get this? I asked this question in 2019 and it wasn't possible then

No, there is no Notification event/topic when a contact in a contact list is added/deleted/...

If you had not created one already (in 2019), I would suggest to request a new feature and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ and allow others to vote it up.
