Getting error while Co Browse

Hi ,

I have created co browse with webchat but after connecting webchat i am able chat but when i initiate screen share from agent side its pops option to customer to accept or reject .after accepting it will will be connecting to screen share and suddenly it says error while connecting i tried more than 20 times getting same.I am initiating chat with cobrowse from my local system .do i need to set up some thing in purecloud also i have added in admin cobrowse allowed domain

Screen share is happening after removing deployment key but i am not able to take control
we have provided all permission cobrowse >; chat >; all permissions

cobrowse > session >; all Permission

do we need to add some thing apart from what's in developer portal co-browse code

Sorry, you used both the terms "screen share" and "co-browse" in your original post. If you're trying to implement co-browse, please refer to the documentation below. Screen share and co-browse are different things; only co-browse allows agent control.
