Getting Genesys No Input Event Error at the Google DilaogFlow

Hi Team,

We are calling the Google Dialog Flow for the few task to handle the caller. If the first input is DTMF based then when the Second question is asked to the caller, we are getting GENESYS NO INPUT event at the dialogflow Level. Please let us know is there is any issue from the Genesys Cloud after the call is handed over to the Google Dialog.

Are you capturing DTMF in Genesys and then moving to Dialogflow based on DTMF input? The flow is not clear to me.

We are just calling Dialogflow from Genesys and all verbiages and customer inputs are being captured at the Genesys DialogFlow.
