We want to trace “how many call interactions have been transfer to an external number that is also not ended”, because our client faced some dropping calls for transferring too many calls to a specific external number and would like to control the number of calls to transfer based on the number.
If Flow Aggregate query or Conversation Aggregate query can do the job, could you suggest the metrics and filters that I should use? or else, how can I get the number with API?
