I am using this API https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/digital/webchat/guestchat and would like to know if there are any existing or upcoming endpoints to retrieve queue position for a user waiting to speak to a live agent when using 'Transfer to ACD'.

Looking at this forum post: Real-time position in queue for web chat it appears that it's not possible to get queue position using the API when using guest chat but it will be possible with WebMessaging.
