Getting recordings and transcripts for calls

We have Genesys Cloud account in the USW2 region and would like to explore how to retrieve recordings and transcripts for calls. To do this, we set up Genesys Cloud WebRTC phones in two different accounts within our organization and placed a cal. The call worked fine, but when we check the interaction, it shows the message: "There is no recording for this interaction."
We are interested in obtaining the call recording and its transcript. How can we retrieve them?
