Google Dialogflow - Links and Buttons

Hi all,

We have been doing some testing with the Google Dialogflow integration. Everything seems to work well but I noticed we are unable to include any links or buttons in the responses? At the very least, I was hoping we would be able to provide hyperlinks in our messages.

Additionally, the dialogflow documentation references the ability to do some rich messages via card responses and quick replies but I'm not seeing those options either.

Are there certain features that are unavailable when doing the integration within PureCloud?

The scope of the integration is intent and tts at this point. When we release web messaging , rich messaging will be part of that stream. You can see the idea and vote for it. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLDIG-I-589
