We are using Google TTS as default TTS for our Org however we noticed when we are using functions like TOAudioNumber, ToAudioDate, ToAudioCurrency in our architect flow the system is using Genesys TTS.
We would like to know if this is an expected behavior or are we missing anything here?
As far as I know, the ToAudioNumber, ToAudioDate, ToAudioDateTime, ... functions are leveraging system prompts and not TTS.
This page on the Resource Center mentions the use of system prompts for the ToAudioNumber function.
SSML is also not supported at this stage - it is in the roadmap but not available at this stage.
