Dear community,
we're trying to use the GPlus adapter to connect a ServiceNow instance, but the official documentation is not clear on some aspects:
In the openframe setup after installing the GPlus adapter, the below configuration is defined.
But we cannot find that app.js mentioned in the documentation.
Actually in other Genesys official site (How to configure the Gplus Adapter - Genesys Documentation), the information is sightly different:
Description
The full Genesys Engage Cloud GWS toolkit url including full path to api.js.
AWS: https://[ServiceNow Instance]/ui/wwe/api.js
Azure: https://[ServiceNow Instance]/api.js
As you can see, now the api.js file should be stored in the ServiceNow instance, but it is not.
Our questions regarding this topic are:
- Can you please help us on understanding this step?
- How can we get that app.js and from where?
Regarding the connector itself:
- Is required a 3rd party connector to successfully complete the integration with ServiceNow or can we do it by our own using free resources?
- Anyone of you have successfully installed and configured this connector?
- Is possible to use only PEF (Private Embeddable Framework) to integrate Genesys with ServiceNow?
Thanks a lot for your help!
