I am a newbie to the Genesys platform. Is there a way we can do Group Chat? I.e. rather like WhatsApp Group chat, our customers can start a thread and every other in their team is automatically on the chat.
Apologies for the basic nature of the question - some signposting would be really helpful.

A group chat is automatically created by Genesys Cloud when you create a new group.
Alternatively, you can create a personal group by clicking the + icon at the top right of the chat panel and selecting "Start Personal Group"
