I`m sending a message through webhooks to a group.
Is there a way to receive notications from a particular group? So not from a queue.
There aren't currently any APIs for chat, and APIs for non-ACD chat aren't on the roadmap, to my knowledge. You can request new features here: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
