Historical load of conversations and users details

Hi all,

Once I already had a very great help on the forum.
I hope will get help now too.

I need to load history data for adherence and interactions.

Genesys Team Support provided me:

1. conversation_details_job
2. user_details_job

But this jobs does not have enough response body, they are not complete as

1. /api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query
2. /api/v2/workforcemanagement/managementunits/{management_unit_id}/historicaladherencequery

I expect to get history as it is, because your platform has automated updates for users names, management units ids and etc.

Is there any possible way for that?
Or should I download day after day from the beginning?
