Hold music during inbound flow?

Is there a way to play hold music during an inbound flow and not just an in-queue flow?

We have a use case where we play a recording at the start of our inbound flow, perform a data action and a few routing decisions, and then route to a queue and specify that the in-queue flow plays hold music. This creates a fair amount of dead air space (6 seconds) between the time the audio sequence ends and the in-queue flow hold music starts.
