Currently we are calculating hold time with JavaScript(setTimeout method which can drift and not be accurate) and showing a timer on the screen in the widget in servicenow when agent clicks hold. Is there a way to harness that data natively though and show it in the widget somehow in realtime? There are times when an agent can have multiple windows open in snow and this calculation gets off and doesn't really match the hold time in the purecloud app on the web.
