We are using the Holiday schedule in the Admin >> Scheduling part of PureCloud, but that only allows for one call flow for Holiday Routing. We have different paths depending on the Holiday day.
For instance, on Thanksgiving day our locations are closed and our call center for overflow is closed. On the day after Thanksgiving, most of our locations are closed, but the call center is open with reduced hours for overflow.
So, we can create different flows for each day, but need the coding in architect to determine what is the Fourth Thursday in November (Thanksgiving Day) and Fourth Friday in November (Day after Thanksgiving), so we can send calls down the correct path depending on the day.
