How can i collect the response from Customer in Message Flow or Digital Bot flow

Hi All,

We are trying to build a flow for a web message application and i need to collect the input from customer and store it in variable and pass the variable data to a data action get the response back from action and pass the same to customer.

Is there any way to achieve this ?
