How can I override the standard disconnect functionality with custom logic in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)?

In Our Salesforce org we already Installed the Genesys CX (PureCloud) and the Salesforce Org enabled with LWS.
From Salesforce, I need to implement custom logic for when the user clicks the "Disconnect" button on the Genesys Softphone embedded in Salesforce and stop the standard behavior of disconnect.
