With the new feature being release, you will be able to customize which conversation attributes will contribute to the content of the embeddable client UI. For example, you may want to customize how the customer name is presented by updating a Participant Attribute. If you navigate through the documentation link, you'll reach this page with the list of all available attributes to use. The one you likely need is at very bottom.
In your configuration, you could select participant.name
as the first attribute to show: this implies that if you can populate the name
attribute of Participant Data with whatever value you need, that will be used in Embeddable UI. See screenshots below.
You could update the necessary name
attribute via Architect Flow Set Participant Data action, or via Custom Attributes in Web Messaging / Messenger JS SDK.

I did all the process you mentioned above and that is working fine. If we see the screenshot I have attached, here I am getting the participant name "James Hetfield" which I gave in the set participant data block in my architect flow. If we can see little bit below in my screenshot, I have rounded up with red color box for "Guest". So here how can we change the remote name "Guest". Is there any possibility to change that in Genesys. In Interaction details pane it is showing the name correctly but when I open interaction log (Pencil Icon) it is showing as Guest.

How do we update the remote participant on the interaction, not just on the agent view that uses the name property?
