How do I use Genesys Cloud with AWS DirectConnect?

What are the following three things about using Genesys Cloud with AWS DirectConnect?

I would like to access GenesysCloud using AWS DirectConnect. Is there anything that should be set up in GenesysCloud to use DirectConnect, such as an organization?

(2)
The Genesys resource is accessed from the source IP address of 69.210.123.124, but is there any case where access from the IP address is denied by implementing access control on the Genesys resource?

(3)
For communication via DirectConnect, the source IP address is 69.210.123.124, but is the return communication going back to 69.210.123.125, which terminates the DirectConnect line?

I am having trouble connecting via DirectConnect.
