How do you change the size of the widget?

Hi is there anyway of being able to change the size of the chat widget?
is this done in the css?
Our bot is providing responses and the top half of the message is being cut off and the customer has to scroll up to see the text.

Hello,

Assuming you are referring to Widgets v2.0, no, it is currently not possible to change the size of the widget.
You can only "force" the widget to take the entire size of the page using mobileMode configuration option.
