I am trying to determine if an auto reply email was already sent to a customer for today and not send another email reply until the next day. Outlook can do this.
I am thinking the message_ID or conversation_ID but I cant determine if either one of these will work as the auto reply will disconnect the email and essentially end the tie between that user and any auto replies for that day.
I need something that is static for that email address so I can look at it each tie an email comes in and see if we already sent an auto-reply.
