How to change inbound client caller id to show client name

Hi there !

I'm analyzing the capacities of communicate app for android, I'm aware that agents have a contact list (we can registry client phones in external contacts for agents to call) or are able to access to their mobile contacts for outbound, but are there any way to show an agent who's calling without scripting in inbound calls like it works in a mobile phone when save a contact.
