How to change SITE for agent webrtc phones

We want to assign agent webrtc phones to a DR SITE in case our PRIMARY SITE is down. Is it possible to update this for all agents using api.

you can update the site on a phone using this endpoint: PUT /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/phones/{phoneId}
