My query is regarding the automated recording export option to S3 via Genesys Policies.
I have configured the S3 bucket as well as Genesys side integration and permissions. Then I created a test policy (with duration) so that all the Call recordings for the 1st week of Sept can be exported to S3 and could see some recordings exported to S3.
Now, I have created a new policy for the month of June and understand that that it may take 24 hours for the recordings to appear in the S3 bucket. However, if I want to see the progress/ status on the policy-job then from where and how it will be possible to view the details?
I can see that if I had used the code then I could check the status via a job id, however, since I used the policy option there is no job id or any reference to check the status?
