Correct. The speed at which the bot replies or moves onto the next ask. We have an FAQ response in one of our bots and would like to provide the end user a break prior to starting the "Anything Else?" Loop. Something similar to ToAudioBlank() in TTS.

At the moment, if you use our native Messenger, all static labels are fixed. At most, you can change languages in Admin UI, so that labels will adjust to browser's preferred language. In future we are considering to make labels customizable via Admin. Idea is open for voting: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-126
