How to delete new data Table (Getting error )

Hi,

I am trying to delete Data table after creating it. It is a brand new Data table that has not been used in any call flow or any resource but I cannot delete it. I get the message below:

Data table ' ' could not be deleted. Native error message: 'This DataTable may be in use by another resource and cannot be deleted.'

Hi Becky,

I reached out to customer care regarding a different Purecloud issue first and they routed me to developer forum to get help on Purecloud related issues. It seems they only support production break /fix issues.

Please advise the correct channel so I can get this resolved.

Thank you for your assistance. I just created a ticket on Care ( 0002843520) specifically for this data table issue.

I am not sure if they will refer me back to the developer form here once someone is assigned to this ticket.

Here is the ticket # for the other issue I reported as well ( 0002842871).
