I need to know if we have a WEB enabled CRM where telephone numbers are tagged as tel:+XXXXXXXXXX then how can we trigger that call through Genesys Cloud?

You can use clickToDial(...) if you're using the embeddable framework or POST /api/v2/conversations/calls if you're using the API.
