How to get latest updates if Webchat widget is Self Hosted in Customer's Webserver

Hi Team,
This is kind of a follow up question to the below 2 posts.

Since it has been answered that, the chat widget js files can be self hosted vs getting it from CDN, my question is, what is the best approach to keep those self hosted scripts up-to-date?
Is there a recommended approach from Genesys? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
