I was wondering where i can find this data in Genesys API. i look everywhere but cant find the same data i was looking for.

its an livechat, and there is 2 field of data in the workspace one is a normal data that we got from the genesys interaction with customer. And the other one is the data that we collect when the customer fill an form before connect to acd (chat). Thank you
