How to Obtain Summary Data For Interaction Download Activity

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for guidance on how to obtain summary data regarding downloads of interactions, particularly recordings, in our organization.

I understand that the audit trail for individual interactions provides details on actions taken by users, including downloads. However, manually reviewing each interaction isn’t practical for our needs.

What we’re looking for is a way to generate a report or access aggregated data that summarizes download activity across multiple interactions. This would help us enhance our data security efforts by monitoring and controlling access to sensitive information more efficiently, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Does Genesys provide any tools, APIs, or other mechanisms that can help achieve this? If anyone has implemented something similar or has advice, I’d greatly appreciate your insights!
