How to pop up a web page in Genesys Cloud for Salesforce

Hi,
We would like to have a screen popup of a specific web page when receiving a call on Genesys Cloud for Salesforce softphone.

We have considered the following three methods, but they did not meet our requirements.

1. Use "Set screen popup" action with the target URL as input
   ⇒The popup is not triggered until the "Script" button is pressed on the Salesforce softphone.
   (We would like the pop-up to occur automatically upon receipt of the call. )

2. Use "Set participant data" action, the target URL is given as an input for the attribute name "SF_URLPop".
   ⇒Did not work.
   (Because it's a feature to pop up Salesforce objects?)

3. Use "Set participant data" action, the target URL is given as an input for the attribute name "BR_URLPop".
   ⇒Did not work.
   (Because it is a feature for Genesys Cloud for Chrome and not for use in Salesforce?)

To realize the pop-up Is there Any ideas?
