Our chat is now working live on our site with a pop up window. Our challenge is that once a chat is ended, the end user cannot re-initiate another chat without refreshing the main page.
The scenario is this: A customer starts a chat session with an agent then ends it. They close the chat window but then remember they have another question. They attempt to launch another chat from chat button but because one is already launched - no new chat will appear. The chat appears to be broken to them and causes confusion unless they realize to launch a new chat they must refresh the page.
Is there a way to allow an end user to launch a second chat session without refreshing the main page? Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
