How to restore deleted users?

is there any way to restore deleted users or create a user with the same email address as a deleted user?

I was searching for like an hour and I can not find anything about that.

I can restore deleted user on the GUI but why I can not do it through via API?

Hi Raad,

The quickest way to see how this works is to open up a developer console in your web browser and watch the network traffic when you undelete a user.

Email address has to be unique in an organization, so I would not expect that you can create a new user with the same email address as a deleted user.
