Please let us know how do i save the language selected by customer in architect (based on caller id), so that if the customer calls back again there is no need to play the language selection menu again.

The most appropriate way is to integrate with a 3rd party system/database to store that data when the caller makes the selection and then retrieve that data when the caller calls in again. A data action is the most appropriate tool for that type of integration.
