How to send more than 10 custom fields in user data

To send user data there are 3 custom fields available but I want to send 8-10 custom fields. How to send 8 to 10 custom fields from website to display that data on Agent interaction details panel

Hello,

It is not possible. There are only 3 custom fields that can be exposed in Interaction Details.
To expose more info, you would have to display the information in a script (or in an Interaction Widget integration - but this one needs to code a page and leverage Platform API).
