How to set Participant Data

Hi All,

I have the next scenario:

  1. Inbound call is place
  2. Call is transferred to Agent 1, Agent1 doesn´t answer the call
  3. Call is transferred to Agent 2, call is established
  4. Agent 2 handles the call

We have created a script with many outbound variable, we use these variables for reporting purpose.

The issue that we have is that, as soon as the call is transfer to the agent 1 the script is loaded and all the participant data is associated to the first agent, even if the agent 2 handles the call, the participant data is associated to agent 1.

I'm wondering is there a way to update the participant data over the agent that handle the call.

Any suggest is more than welcome.
