How to subscribe for notifications for Estimated Waiting Time

I know I can get estimated waiting time using
Get /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/mediatypes/{mediaType}/estimatedwaittime
However I'd like to subscribe for notifications to this metric instead of placing a recurring request. Is there a way to do this? What topic should I subscribe to?
