Is it possible to update the cloud ui when making changes via the platform api?
We are trying to update the contact linked to the conversion and to add attachments. We can do so but the cloud UI does not update.
If the UI is failing to reflect the current state of the conversation, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report this as a bug. You are not able to control the behavior of the UI; it should be monitoring conversation events and keeping itself up to date automatically.
