How to Upgrade to WebChat widget 2.0

We are trying to upgrade to 2.0 and we have some questions.

Please see below questions.

  1. Currently region, deployment key, org-guid & src (https://apps.mypurecloud.com/webchat/jsapi-v1.js) are added as part of embeded tag in html file (see below code snippet). Do we need to keep the same information in emebded tag?

  2. There are lot of differences in chat configuration as compared to previous configuration such as transport, dataURL, interactionData and userData. Please see below existing config and advise on the changes.

There is not a direct migration path from the v1/v1.1 widgets to v2. Please follow the setup and configuration instructions for the v2 widget as if this were your first implementation. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/webchat/widget-version2.html
