How to use external SIP Client/ endpoint like x-lite

Is there any way to configure an external SIP endpoint instead of Genesys Cloud WebRTC?

Hello,

Genesys Cloud users can use a SIP Phone instead of the WebRTC phone.

If you are using Genesys Cloud Voice or BYOC Cloud, you can only use one of the supported managed phones.
For a Generic SIP endpoint (X-Lite would fall into this category), considered as unmanaged phone, it is only compatible with BYOC Premises.

About BYOC Premises
Move from the PureCloud Softphone to a generic SIP softphone
Create a generic SIP phone
