How to use pre-request scripts for web service data actions

Hi all,

We have an API where we use pre-request script feature of Postman, where you write a Javascript code that runs before API call. Anyone with Postman experience will probably understand, is there a way to do this in Genesys Cloud?

Hello,

No, there is no equivalent to Postman pre-request scripts in Genesys Cloud Web Service Data Actions.

You can leverage JSONPath expressions and Velocity macros in your web service data action.
