How to use secure slot in bot flow

Hi,

I am trying to use a bot flow to capture secure data.
I am using ask for slot.
I have made the slot variable to be content is secure but the bot is exiting with exit reason: Error.InsecureClient.
Can we not use the slot variable as content is secure?
If we can not use the slot variable as content is secure than why is the option present.
What am I missing?

Hi Sim,

Welcome to the community

I am a product manager at Genesys dealing with bot & knowledge insights and optimization. I havent used secure variables in a while but I believe you need to use, e.g. Inbound Call Flow -> Secure Flow -> Bot Flow.

If that doesnt work let me know & I'll get some help.
