HRIS - Agent Sync Issue

Agent Sync for HRIS was working earlier and now it is not works. Agent was added new on 01/15 and it did not sync

Yes I did and care says as it is blue print. post the issue in Developer forum.

You're correct that Care won't troubleshoot a blueprint for you. You need to open a case and state the errors you're getting from the APIs you're using. Care does provide support for malfunctioning APIs and server-side behavior. If you only provided the two sentences from your post, I would expect Care to reject the case.
