We are in the process of adopting the "WFM Time-off HRIS" blueprint where Bamboo HR is used as an example of a HRIS platform. We have managed to reverse engineer the data actions and flows to understand the concepts and what each workflow is doing.
What is not clearly documented or understood, is the "how" and "what" causes the workflows to be triggered by the WFM application in Genesys Cloud. Is it possible to get more information about how the "WFM Time-off HRIS Integration" integration is actually calling the flows? I.e. click this button in WFM and this flow will be trigged, a change to drop-down list X will trigger this workflow, etc?
This is probably a bit of a stretch, but nevertheless it would be nice to have a full understanding of the mechanics behind the integration itself rather than just a trial and error approach.
