Hyperlink in message flow

Hi All,

Currently we have Syntax from Genesys to associate hyperlink in message flow.

This is a hyperlink click here.

When I click on this link, the link is launched on the new tab.

Is there a way to open the link in the same tab?

Hi - at the moment hyperlinks will always open in new tab, by default. Sounds like you have a use-case for opening in current tab: presumably, are you trying to provide navigation guidance within current website?

Yes, that is one and also we are trying to keep the customer on the same tab for the session management and customer experience perspective.
