I can't get the closure or it closes when opening the websocket Guest Chat APIS

Hi,

I am using the API for Guest Chat API but there are times when the conversation is created but when trying to open the web socket it returns a closed state. It is also happening to me that sometimes I do not receive the closed status in the websocket, even though the agent has already finished and closed the conversation, this is causing the websocket not to close or to be terminated manually by restarting the application. What is the cause of these problems? I must say that the application was working correctly that behavior began a few weeks ago we analyzed everything possible on our side and we did not find an explanation for that failure

If this used to work and you haven't changed anything (as you wrote), I would suggest to open a ticket with Genesys Cloud Customer Care.
They will be able to tell you if some known issues occurred on Genesys Cloud side for Guest Chat websockets or investigate otherwise.
