I am trying to use v2.users.{id}.conversations.emails, but it is not appearing in the Architect > Triggers dropdown. The use case I am trying to achieve is that I have configured an email POC in Genesys, and I need an event to trigger whenever a customer sends an email. Through this event, I want to access the email details and send them to my custom application. However, I am unable to find any Architect Trigger that fits my use case for capturing every email interaction. I do not need start or end events; I specifically need an event that triggers every time a customer sends a message.

There is unfortunately no such topic/event at this time that can be used in Architect Triggers.
