I would like to obtain evidence of call flow testing

Evidence of call flow testing must be submitted. How do you all obtain evindence?
If you have experience with Avaya Call Center, you know what I mean, I would like to have evidence like list trace vdn.
The language is python api and I would like to achieve this.
I would appreciate any advice you could give me.
