We use Exchange online as our email provider and have followed the recommended approach to integrate to Genesys Cloud (copies of emails are retained in our mail servers). However, there are scenarios where I would like to search for an email that was previously handled in a queue in the Exchange Online mailbox using Microsoft Graph API.
Previously in Genesys Engage, we used MonikerId attribute to identify a queue routed email in Exchange Online. Is there a way to achieve the same result in Genesys Cloud?
