As mentioned in an earlier topic, all /api/v2/webchat calls will be affected by the chat v1and2 deprecation, but what will happen to the 3rd party object routing (email and chat)?
Hi - we plan to deprecate entire /v2/webchat path, which includes 3rd party Chat Routing, as you've detected on this other thread > Deprecation - ACD Chat v2.0 - Chat Widgets 1.1 & 2.0
3rd Party Email Routing is not affected.
